2. Erica's Bulletin: Hurricane Bill strengthens, DOW drops dramatically today, largest identity theft case ever preosecuted, %90 of US paper money has a taint of cocaine on it.
Anderson: Are that many people doing cocaine?
3. Crime and Punishment with Gary Tuchman - for the first time in fifty years a stay of execution has been granted.
This is because nearly all of the eye witnesses involved have changed their stories. Saying they were pressured.
ETA: Jeffrey Toobin is here to talk through the case and forensic science and whatnot. He says that what the Supreme Court was very interesting. And that the fact that they ruled the way they did suggests that they're genuinely worried that this is a case where an innocent man could be executed.
Jeff also reiterates his dislike of 'junk science'. Says DNA is the only concrete thing.
4. Ugh. Michael Vick. You have my sympathies themistoklis.
Anderson: Can we believe his apology?
Jeff: Look, I don't have the ability to look into Michael Vick's soul.

5. Erica is Up Close tonight on a story re: a Milwaukee Mayor who was attacked on the weekend trying help a Grandmother and her child.
He's okay, by the way. Obama called to check up on him.
6. Erica's Bulletin Redux: California fire (apparently started in an illegal marijuana something), DOMA called discriminatory, MJ memorabilia for sale and Tom DeLay going on Dancing with the Stars.
Anderson does his 'what?' voice. And, haha, Anderson mocks Tucker. And Erica says 'and, of course, we'll never know about you' to which Anderson replies 'yeah, that's never going to happen'.
Oh, Andy, if you dance as well as is rumoured you could probably win that thing.
7. Tonight's Shot: an Egyptian bust that looks a little bit like Michael Jackson.
Anderson seems a little underwhelmed by this Shot. Can't blame him, really.
