Some Things
While I'm in the midst of writing up the Meet (and I actually am this time, honest) here are Some Things:
1. The Rabbits of Skomer is the sweetest nature film I've ever seen.
2. Doctor Who was awesome. Oh well, Mr Cornell, better luck next time, eh?
3. Chuffed with the cricket. Chuffed with Cook. Chuffed with Monty. Chuffed with Durham. Chuffed with Fleming.
4. Jon Richardson was very funny. This makes me happy.
5. I'm investigating Uni for 2008 entry. Currently there's a Joint Honours scheme at MMU Chesire that appeals to me. (Creative Writing/Film & TV studies, if you're wondering)
6. OH EM GEE. Tomorrow! *flails*
7. Said Lad is coming to my B-day celebrations. This is probably a good thing because he's a really awesome person. Luckily I'm distracted enough to not be thinking 'Woe is ne! Said Lad is here and no longer single!'. Even if the distraction is irritating*.
8. Went to an Aquarium yesterday. It was lovely and had otters and seals and things.
ETA: 9. Kept zombies at bay with cricket bat - am glad I got much practice with it in the Peak District. Huge infestation down there. I think I shall survive the night.
ETA2: I find it apt that on Zombocalypse Day my fic finally came up in the Yuletide A Day post. It also makes me squishy inside.
Now back to the big post...
