Hello everyone, it feels like it's been forever since I've updated my journal.
Before I say anything more, I want to post some art things I've been hoarding for quite some time.

something straight out of fujoshi land. But no, I didn't mean for it to look perverted.
I wanted to draw a sulking Sanji and a contented Zoro. I do not think I suceeded though..
I also realize that I rather enjoy drawing happy Zoro. Have you seen Zoro smile? Oda drew a smiling Zoro once in one of his artbooks and it was the purest, happiest smile I've ever seen. Strange that such a scary looking guy can smile like that. In Popularity Polls, fans wrote in commenting on this- "He has a wonderful smile."
I think so, too.

Another horrible habit of mine, exaggerating on Sanji's metrosexuality and feminine aesthetic. Thus the V-necks, figure hugging sweaters, torn pajamas, and soft toy in the form of Kuma-Zoro ( Bear Zoro ). And bedhair barely held together by girly pink clips. But for some reason, I can see Sanji wearing them in canon. I mean, dude's worn a dress before, so we can hope, haha. I'm also very amused at how Oda continues to poke fun at Sanji's homo-appeal. He has more chance at scoring with guys than he ever will with girls. Never change, Sanji.
Yes that is one long neck.

Where did? Wha-? I don't know why I drew this. But Zoro is fun to feminize too. :)
I want Marchen Time animated. ;A; I want to see Zoro-White in his dress and pretty green locks.
Fem-Zoro
genderbent!Zoro looks like a tough chick. I know that this picture is terribly confusing, but I meant to draw Zoro's hands tied to She-Zoro's waist. They are standing back to back.
Practice
I'm not crazy over this but Im posting this anyway because I'd like to see if I can improve from here on. I think that skintones are super-challenging to colour, but Im trying to move out of my "flat-colour" zone, because I actually appreciate coloured skin a lot. If done right, it can look stunning.
I like how Jae Liu ( gunnmgally ) colours skin. How does everything look so soft and seamless?
Clearly more practice is needed on my part.
Monk Zoro
I have not actually watched the OVA where Zoro is drawn in monk-garb, but I've seen screenshots and he's very attractive in them. Please ignore the borked up hands and feet. ;A;
The Abuse of Roronoa Zoro
Oda seems to give Zoro a lot of clothing damage/bondage scenes. Heck, his first scene involved him being tied to a cross.
Also, he's the only one who retains his battle scars. It's probably a sin that Zoro looks so pretty injured. makes me want to draw more roronoa abuse
And yes, that's meant to be Enel/Zoro. When I first came across the pairing I wondered where the heck it came from, it's almost as random as Mihawk/Crocodile ( which also exists, and the fanart for it is pretty ). Then upon rereading Chapter 275, I realized that it probably started from that one panel where Enel compliments Zoro's "nice, strong, arms" in that "Im-checking-you-out-and-I-like-what-I-see," way.
Oh fujoshi, you never miss anything. ;A;
All Blue
He dreams of fish. I think that Sanji has one of the most aesthetically beautiful dreams of the One Piece crew. Just because, All Blue ( an ocean ) where all the fish of the world come together strikes me as peaceful and vivid and wonderful, all at the same time.
You can't quite think of the sea without feeling some sort of emotion.
