I know a lot of people around here are really happy for the "relatime" mount option, but I prefer my filesystems being POSIXly correct. I also happen to use atimes a lot.

What am I doing wrong? The patch made to kernels sometime around 2.6.30 can't possibly be so stupid as to make it completely impossible to disable relatime, can it? Occams razor dictates that it must be me that is more stupid than 1000 kernel hackers, but I don't yet see the solution.
How much more explicit than "norelatime,atime" in /etc/fstab can you get?
