I pose a question to the Wardens here. Or...anyone who cares to answer. You call this a place of recovery, view Inmates' little faults and try to find their root causes, correct their behaviors, and all of that silly, thankless nonsense. This Inmate is violent because people were violent toward him. This one lies because he thinks everyone lies. Oh, we've heard it all before, so many times. This job brings out the apologist in the lot of you.
What do you do with the ones that do it just because they can? How do you even hope to make them care? Or are you even trying?
