[The comm clicks on to the sound of a rather chill and perhaps slightly bored Klausian.]
Seems about time I come out of hiding. How's it going? For those of you that don't know me, I'm Cliff.
[There's a pause while he scratches his head and fights off a yawn.]
Anyway, Team Gamma! It looks like we'll be working together so how about a meet up?

Bumblebee, right?

Top deck, right now if you're up for it. I want to see the team meet up good and proper.
[He is seriously the most relaxed leader ever.]

Yes sir, on my way.
[Bumblebee doesn't bother with his alt form, just walking up like a normal person. He's only about six feet tall, so he's probably not all that intimidating either.]

[That said, he's on his way there as well. It doesn't take him long. Reaching the top deck, Cliff leans on the railing and awaits the arrival of his team mate.]

No way! You're Bumblebee?

"Quite right!
You're bloody well right!"

Not bad, not bad at all. Alright hit me with it. Tell me what you're capable of.

Bumblebee pops open a holding compartment, withdrawing his own comm and handing it to Cliff. He transmits his text through it, so the words appear on the screen.]
Aside from the obvious, being made of metal and all that, I'm most commonly used for scouting and intelligence purposes. I have my fair share of battle experience, but I think I would be best suited to scope out a situation and report back to you, especially considering I can transmit data without having to use one of these communicators, provided I leave mine with you.

I reckon we can work with that. Nel, who's also on our team is pretty sneaky herself. That woman moves like a ninja and fights like one too. She's doubling as a team Medic though so I'd rather keep her close to the main party.
[There's a short pause while he looks Bee over.]
Mind if I ask how healing works with you?

If you already have someone for a scout, I also volunteer for the position of guard.
As for my healing, I do have some auto-repair systems, and a girl, Mikaela Banes, is familiar enough with my anatomy to treat smaller wounds. For larger injuries it would be best if I reported to my usual medic, Ratchet; some of the substances in my body can be corrosive or radioactive, and might harm organics without the proper protective gear.

Nah, I like where you're going with this. I want you as our main scout, but hearing that you're capable in a fight is good news. Nel's good, but I need her to play healer and close range fighter than anything. Consider her to be a secondary scout, but I want you down as our main. Besides, there's a communication issue with Nel that I need to discuss.
[He shrugs a shoulder and cracks a grin.]
Mikaela? I've met her. Nice, nice girl. She's an ally of yours, yeah? With your permission, I wouldn't mind asking her to keep relatively close. Not on the battlefield, but at the closest safe point possible. Ratchet's on Beta, so we need to be prepared for if he can't get to you. If there's no issue, I might get the both of them to show me a thing or two.
[Cliff's a pretty decent engineer from a rather advanced world. With training, maybe he could accomplish something.]

Sounds like a great plan to me. I know Mikaela wanted to get involved, and I feel comfortable with her working on me.
[She might stop being so irate if she hears about this too, which would be awesome. He doesn't want to completely shut her out, after all; just...make sure she doesn't get hurt. Though he does note that "nice, nice girl" bit for later. Just in case Cliff decided to get friendlier with her.]
Reply
[It would keep her useful, and on the safer side of things. Cliff understands the importance of keeping her out of the battlefield, but he also gets the feeling of being side lined.]
Have you met our other team mates? Twig I'm having a bit of trouble getting hold of, but Bryn seems pretty eager. Having a shape shifter will be damn handy as well.
