F**king Vonage! One day and I Hate it already!
We signed up with them, and decided to go ahead and switch over now-since they said it was no big deal to do now as it would be to do in Mid March... They would do all the account cancellation with phone company. We said ok, and figured they knew what they were talking about seeing as how it IS their BUSINESS and whatnot..................
So NOW we find out, that as of tomorrow morning..we will be both phone AND internet less...WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Because whoever Rob talked too in the beginning didn't KNOW or didn't bother to clue us in=we are screwed. Apparently in ORDER to have Vonage, you have to have DSL. Which we have, but when they switch the account from Pac Bell to Vonage we wont' have a phone line which means we won't have DSL which means we won't have a phone or internet service..
So much for ebaying stuff or doing any business online. I'm so pissed off I want to cancel with them all together. We move on March 10th and theres NO WAY to get another phone line HERE before then.. And why should WE have to pay deposit on something we'd have use of for a day or 2 at best.
