Well, that's that . . .
I put in my two weeks notice at NY&Co. today. Phyllis wasn't surprised, but I still felt bad. She said it was just too bad to lose good help.
There's just too much on my plate to have to deal with a job that always puts me on call. Just two more weeks of it, and then I am done! My official last day is August 18th. We'll see what the future brings.
On a happy note, I finished the first season of Fushigi Yuugi today! Just 6 minutes ago actually. Good series so far, though Miaka is gettin' on my nerves. We'll see what the second season brings. (Can already feel the angst)
Kelly left for Japan today too =( GOODBYE KELLY! I'LL MISS YOU!
Though before she left, she, Kim and I hung out and found this cool little shop down the street from me that sells anime and skateboard stuff. Yes, you read that right, anime and skateboards. Go figure. I got the first Inuyasha movie soundtrack there though, yey!
We also went to karaoke Thursday night, which was a blast. Never thought I'd say that about karaoke, but I can this time =)
Now let's see if I'll ever be able to get to sleep.
