Thank Yous!
Wow, I am truly blessed to have the friends I do. Thank you all for ensuring that I had a great birthday and was remembered by my friends all over the world. I was up early and worked a half-day, then I did what some what would consider boring, but for me I couldn't think of a better way to spend the day, by going to Barnes & Noble, drinking the coffee I didn't get to on Saturday, and reading Harry Potter for hours. It was absolutely lovely. Last night I went to dinner with my family (and my sister, who was supposed to be out of town working, was able to come home early so she got to be there too, which was nice) and one of my best friends. After that, we came home, had cookie cake, and I went to bed. Work has been really hellish lately, so honestly, I wasn't at all looking forward to my birthday, but I had a surprisingly pleasant day, for which I am very grateful.
To wildjinx - For the second year now, it has been such a joy to share birthdays. I cannot think of another person I would be more honored to celebrate with. *squish*
To carrielynne2323 - You are always the sweetest person, and it has been so wonderful to have you so seamlessly become part of the group. In much the same way, it's an honor to share my birthday with your mom. Thank you for my Kate picture. :)
To atlshoegirl - Thank you for the lovely card. It was so pretty and meant so much.
To banshee006 - Thank you for the Jate pic and very thoughtful words. It is a joy to be a part of the group, and you play a big part in the camaraderie of the group.
To mysticxf - Thanks for the sweet note. Another birthday that I'm happy to be close to, and we share that with Harry too. :D Also a strong Kate fan (and there are so few of us) - I'm slowly getting excited about approaching the new season. It wouldn't be nearly so worth it without you.
To verde04 - You've been a light in the darkness during this ongoing situation with my sister. Your thoughtfulness and poignancy in helping me get centered again is absolutely invaluable. I'm so glad I met you. :)
To upsa_daisy - Still one of my first friends I made here, I'm so grateful for you. Thank you for your remembrance.
