AnimeFest 2010~
First off, I would love to thank Juan because without him there would have been no Fest. My car's battery died right outside OK and Juan being the amazing man he was gave us a jump. Thank you, Juan, you're our hero!
Went around artiest allay and said hi to all my favorite people, and then went and saw the cosplay. Fest peeps, give yourself a pat on the back because there was so much awesome cosplay this year! Murder mystery was okay for it's first year. They need to work out some things, but still a lot of fun. Gold stars for all the cosplayers that stayed in character through the whole thing.
Speaking of cosplay, Hojo was a hit! We got to the FF photoshoot late and it was a random Reno who saw me and started the "IT'S A HOJO, GET IN THE CAR!!!" yelling. I did my best to stay in character and I freaked a poor Zack cosplayer out. XD I went up, my needle pen in hand and starting going about blood samples and testing. Poor guy just went pale until I broke character and told him I was joking. XD Most random thing that happened, I was smacked with a yaoi paddle dressed as Hojo! I was walking around dealers hall and I hear someone yell out "HOJO!" and before I know it *smack!* Out of all the cosplays I've done I never thought it would be Hojo that would get that. XD
Best part of con? I GOT ANGEAL ART BY kriscynical!!! Best 15 bucks ever spent! It's so amazing and I almost cried when I saw it. It's getting framed as soon as possible! *dances* Sadly, due to lack of funds I could only get Angeal done by himself, but next year I'm getting him and Zack done. For real people, if you see her at a con BUY HER ART! It's some of the best I've ever seen. :3
Rooming with Mech was epic! Zander, Moogle, Monk and James, I LOVE YOU GUYS! They were so nice and funny and I really hope we can room next year. :3
