 Day 1 of South Beach Diet:

Because of the new foods for breakfast and snacks, food was on my mind all day. Not because I was hungry, but because I wondered if I had enough of the groceries for things on my menu for upcoming days..
I'm worried about the no carb part for the next two weeks. I'm sad about the no wine.

Day 2
158 - Let's see what we can do in the next two weeks. My mind is still learning the list of foods... I forgot... no chai. But I did remember to say "no cranberries" on my salad at the cafe at lunch.
Dinner - no problem. But I keep making something that reminds me of pasta with no pasta. Man I've eaten a lot of broccoli in 24 hours.
