Petshop Love Post <33
So time has finnaly came for me to do a Petshop of Horrors love post 83333 You might not know it, but it's one of my most beloved mangas EVER. So I wanna share Petshop love with ya all and hopefully make you go and read this perfect/awesome/great/lovable manga :333 <3
Petshop of Horrors
So, what is it about? It's about small petshop in Chinatown in LA in America. It's being run by a mysterious chinese man with name Count D. His shop is selling only the most desired and exotical animals. When they buy the animal, they must adhere to a set of rules, which is broken, the shop don't take any responsibility for anything that happens. The weird thinkg is that the animals sometimes turn into humans. Local detective Leon Orcot notices these mysterious murders of patrons of this petshop and imediately starts to suspects D that he's into some kind of drug dealering. And that's where the fun stuff begins 8DDDDDDD
So yeah, let's meet D.
This is his normal smirk, never leaving his face. It's pretty much a fake smile, and he's using it always mostly when dealing with customers. With this smile he looks like he's laughing at you.
Then there is this similar smirk, which is actualy not really that evil XD
When first seeing D, you might think he's someone who doesn't have real emotions. MISTAKE.
Not to mention he can be hell of cute 8D
Though normaly his look looks something like this
But he can be cracky too XDDD
And he CAN cry too (though it breaks my heart when he does so. But it happened only once T____T I cried too)
And he was soo awfuly cute as child X3333
His personality is... ummm... really hard to descibe. Actualy, he doesn't care about humans at all. It's stated that he hates them. Through the series, you get to know that he hates them because they are the ones that kills this planet. He doesn't care if humans get killed, but if animal is scratched, he freaks out XDDD He has TERRIBLE sweet tooth and always drinks tea (when I say always, I mean it 8D)
He's one of the most developed characters in manga/anime history.
Whole series you're thinking "WHAT THE HELL IS D????" You know only one thing- he is NOT a human ;)
Even if they always fight, he really like Leon. I think Leon and Chris made it into his heart, even if they are humans which he despise. Without Leon, he would feel realy lonely and these two taught him alot. D once thought about Leon "Officer Orcot... What am I going to do about you? I do enjoy your company. One of these days, I may not let you leave." Every free time Leon has, he spend it at D's shop, drinking tea and eating XDDD Funny thing is that it's always D who's nursing Leon when he gets some wounds. ^^

Not to mention that this one is my favourite portrait of D XDDDD
Then it's Leon Orcot.
He's a typical american detective. D once said "You belong in a zoo under a sign labeled, "Average American."" He trusts hig gut and his gut is telling him that D's doing some shadow business. But since he met D, his gut has been almost always off XD. He "blames D for everything shy the Kennedy assasination." But even with all this, he spends his every free time at D's shop ;) He's shot tempered, sometimes kinda stupid but overal really cool, funny and it's impossible to hate him XDDD He and D make a really funny duo XDDDD
This is what happens when Leon's younger brother asks such an innocent question XDD
So now let's introduce another one- Chris Orcot.
Leon brought him into petshop, because he can't take care of him with his job. (yes, it IS logical, you wouldn't bring you five-years old younger sibling into the house of someone you think is dealing drugs? XDD) Chris was living with his aunt and her familly, because their mother died when giving birth to him. He didn't know him and when he got into fight with his step-sister, she yelled it at him. From that time, he was in shock and didn't say a word. He only thinks and only D and the animals in store can understand him (though Leon understands him later too)
He's kinda big crybaby.
But he's really cute X3
He's always seen together with two animals, T-chan and Pon-chan
Pon-chan is awesomely adorable racoon who looks like cutie small lolita :33333
She's really cudly X333333
T-chan is a Totetsu, which is maneater mix between goat and tiger 83333
He REALLY loves Leon XDDD
He, Pon-chan and Chris make really cuuuuuuuuuute tri, they always play together and they help each other X333
This is how Pon-chan and T-chan look together (Pon-chan always travel on T-chan XD)
And scenes like these are normal in PSOH XDDD
Then a VERY important animal is Q-chan <333
He's mix of mouse, bat and duck and he's one of the most adorable things that exists in this world 8333333
Then there's Jill, who's colleague from work. She's total opposite of Leon and she's really nice X333 She likes to visit D with Leon sometimes XD

PSOH is funny manga overal XDD Publishers says it's horror manga, but that's not the only true ;) It's horror/comedy and believe me that it's one of the funniest but most intelligent mangas ever XD
So I hope I made you want to read it :333 It wil surely amuse you, but prepare some tissues for final book ;)
