Adventures on the Reading Railroad
Okay so I was getting me a few books a few days ago. I picked up the last two books That are out right now in "The House Of Night Series ". . The book Burned which is like book seven is just out and is so far my favorite. I read and read, dreading that the book was ending. Now I've caught up with that series and will have to wait until more are written. For some reason I picked up "True Grit" written in 1968 by Charles. Portis. I've never read a western in my life, and don't imagine that I'd enjoy reading them very often, but I have seen the movie and because I liked the movie I thought I might give it a chance. It is only 235 pages and it is a very quick read. It is super enjoyable. If all westerns were this good I'd Buy them up like people buy up stocks. I giggled during several parts. Next I'm going to read " The Golden Compass " as was suggested to me. Then it'll be time for some more. What is everyone else reading? I love you all and can't wait until my computer is fixed so I can comment more. But really hard on my phone ....... Suzanne
