Putting this here because Facebook just feels like egoposting and here is more private. This is the first time I got horizontal in iron x practice and held it steady, this Tuesday just gone.
It doesn't hurt! The most annoying part is that I feel completely separated from my body, I have no idea how straight or how flat I am at the moment, I need someone to tell me or take pictures.
You look great! Super strong and great angles! I am so jealous of your home rig!
I am currently working on getting my horizontal planche properly done and am starting with one bent and one straight leg, so i fully feel you.
