8 Popeye Village
Sweethaven Village, better known as Popeye Village from the Popeye film starring Robin Williams, is located in Anchor Bay on the Mediterranean island of Malta. It was actually built for the film, however there are still performers and animators there today who provide regular entertainment and re-enactments for tourists.
9 Cappadocia
Cappadocia, Turkey is known for its gorgeous landscape and fairy chimneys. These are tall, thin towers of rock also known as Hoodoos. The area offers balloon rides daily that overlook vineyards, rock formations, pigeon houses, and orchards.
SOURCE 10 White Temple
This White Temple, or Wat Rong Khun as it is known to natives, is actually a Buddhist temple in Thailand. The building was actually heavily damaged in May 2014 due to an earthquake, but the designer, Chalermchai Kositpipat, said he would devote his life to rebuilding it back to its perfect state.
11 Spiral Staircase
Located in the Taihang Mountains, these stairs are 300ft tall and allow a bird's eye view of Linzhou. However beware-- you must be under 60 to climb this attraction!

In the Mostar basin sits this village of Bosnia. It is at the spring of the Buna river and was built in the 1500s.
13 Litlanesfoss
This tourist attraction in east Iceland shows where a waterfall crosses with a lava flow, resulting in these columns. It's fed by Lagarfljót Lake and is the result of cooling basaltic magma over 60 million years ago.

These mountains are part of the Zhangye Danxia Landform Geological Park in China. They are the result of different colored sandstone and minerals pressed together over the course of 24 million years.

This stunning restaurant was built inside a cave in Southern Italy. The Grotta Palazzese offers gorgeous views over the Adriatic and towers 74 feet above sea level.
