Veronica deflowers Seth? Meeharhar. Pre-OC. After the Lilly Kane scandal, Keith moves Veronica to a similar town, Newport. She's an outsider at Harbor too (who knows where Keith got the money to send her there...) and bonds with the other outsider, Seth! They fall in lovey love and are very hot and Veronica cancels out Seth's stupidity (which doesn't exsist yet because it's pre-season two!). This leads to the sex. yay!
