(no subject)
Well, at least a month hasn't gone by, exactly....
Anyway. This past weekend i had my Girls Weekend with the Fam in kelowna. And it was AWESOME. All i did was eat, for the most part. But it was nice, just chillin with my aunts and cousins and sister. There was SO MUCH FOOD. and we ate it all. it was crazy. but yeah, other than eating, we basically just vegged in front of the tv, and talked and hung out. Me and Mares left thursday night - I drove to Midway!! My second time EVER!! I was pretty proud of myself, not gonna lie. We took her car though. But yeah, Now i'm pretty sure that if i needed to get there by myself, i would know the way. its just the whole, going through Surrey part that is a little confusing. after that, its pretty much smooth sailing. or whatever.
anyways. Me and Mares both think we caught colds there. boo-urns. i'm pretending like i'm healthy, as usual.
Also, I've seen Star Trek at least 4 times. its just that awesome. I know, i know, it might be a little weird, but whatever. Movies are my happy place. If i'm feeling down, sometimes i go to a movie, and i always feel so much better. They've gotten me through some pretty hard times, not gonna lie.
What else? Had dinner with skullycat the last night. We went to Boston Pizza as it was Cheap Pasta Tuesday. It wasn't as good as it usually is, but thats because they don't do tortellini anymore. Like, seriously? No more tortellini? wtf?
and then we went to London Drugs and both bought about $30 worth of cosmetics and hair accessories. it was nice. Sometimes I can't get over how... grown up we sound. Its a little weird. I know i'm getting older, but still... its... almost like its not real, but it is. We still act like we're 6 yrs old with each other, but when we actually sit and talk, its about life and bills, and all these adult-ish things. I don't know. its just kind of weird to me.
Probably going to spend Friday night with kepp0xy , as per usual. Lolz, our 'standing date' if you will. Also, we're both VERY excited that the Fat Burger is now done in White Rock. BOO YA!!
