Christmas time.
I've actually gotten most of my holiday present buying done, and I don't have to send the mortgage payment late this year as opposed to last year.
Christmas is going to be good this year. I'm one of those "I hate getting presents, because everything sucks, but I love giving presents" type people and I believe that we did it right this year.
Not that presents is what this time of year is about. It's all about the span from 12/25 when Jeebus was supposedly born (according to the Roman calender) until Jan 6th, when Serbian Christmas is.
The Catholics use that Jan 6th date for the Magi/Wise Men thing, where the 3 Wise Guys show up with gifts for the baby Jeebus.
There were actually 4 Wise Men, but one got shot by the Israelis when he joined a Palestinian protest of the Gaza Strip occupancy.
