Last night was fun. I really want to do RIPYWE next year, much more than I want to do RIPYO. It just seems like a lot more fun, especially when we got to play with them. I liked it a lot, and the first part for the piece we played wasn't hard at all. I hit most of it and played a little better than the second trumpet who's been playing the piece.
Went home, got locked out. Sat outside for an hour. Family got home, mom yelled at me because it was, of course, my fault that she hadn't left a door unlocked for me. Which would have been a reasonable argument if she'd told me when their dinner reservation was. Which ended up being rather later than I'd thought. So that was lovely.
Woke up sick this morning. So now I'm sitting at home. Lovely fun. Pissed at multiple people and ignoring it, stressed about multiple things and ignoring them. It's quite nice, especially since I didn't get a weekend. I like being by myself for once this week. And not thinking about anything but history is nice. So I'm going to go write my paper.
