*kisses* to thirdbeatred for reminding me that My Night at the Grammys was on tonight; I missed the Eastern slot but yay for channels from Seattle, lol. I'm enjoying it a lot more than I expected. I really didn't look at all of the performances when I voted, but I remember most of them now that I'm seeing them again. :D *will die an awards show addict* *will probably also always feel compelled to do some kind of homework whilst watching (currently, Christmas cards!)* Billie's little interview clips are adorable, and he keeps touching his throat, which makes me wibble for reasons a handful of y'all will understand.
Oh, mean. Commercial for the Olive Garden. Damn, I miss that place. Mmm breadsticks.
To eljay's new adult flagging options, I say, :P. Listed amongst my interests is anti-censorship and I intend to adhere to that. So far, at least *eyeroll* classing one's journal as "adult concepts" is optional and I choose not to exercise that option. I already put anything more risqué than the F-word behind a cut and my profile warns of adult content, and I consider that sufficient, thank you very much.
My work Christmas party is tomorrow night and I still have NO IDEA what I'm going to wear. I considered a suit with bowtie, heh, but I'll be dancing and wearing the jacket would be far too hot. I refuse to drag out a dress. I expect I'll probably end up in my black flippy skirt with boots, if I just had something good to wear *with* it. :-/ It needs a tunic-length top and usually I wear a long brick red sweater with it, but a) that's also a bit warm for dancing and b) it's approaching the point where I'll have to concede that it really should be thrown out instead of worn, lol, so it's not really in the kind of condition that semi-formal attire indicates. Decisions, decisions. I have to run some errands and stuff tomorrow so I might stop in a couple places and see if anything catches my fancy.
And, I still love Faith Hill's Breathe. Always gonna be my Max/Michael song, baby. Also she is still stunningly beautiful, omg.
