Lost weekends. I was a fan of many things as a teenager - most of which were stuck on my wall in some form (I have a picture somewhere!) - but it's only as an adult that I've sunk into fannish things quite so in-depth. Possibly because I keep being late to the party and have to catch up on stuff, lol. Halfway through S2 of Roswell, 6throck sent me tapes with all of S1. I started watching the Pilot after the new ep on the Friday night, and sometime late Sunday afternoon I was sniffling my way through Destiny, and dying to pee but couldn't bear to pause it long enough to go. I haven't the slightest idea how much time I've spent searching out information about Green Day, and I don't think I want to add it up as I have a feeling it would be a frightening amount. :D Another weekend passed by while I immersed myself in the Mike/Billie Homecoming arc at the Establishment. Now, the last two have been eaten up by a season each of Doctor Who, in the plodding, blurry medium of TV Links and YouTube.
And yes, Doomsday destroyed me. In the best way. *tearful smile* S3 starts playing here on the 18th. I can't wait to see all of it NOT on my computer screen! :D
