Heat your oven to 350.
Assemble:
12 oz of chocolate (1 bag of chocolate chips)
1 15 oz can of condensed milk
1/4 c butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 c flour
1 c chopped nuts (if they're walnuts, might want to toast 'em first so they're not bitter. also, you can skip the nuts if you really want to. pecans are awesome in this)

Melt together the chocolate, milk, & butter.
Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla, flour, & nuts.
Drop by teaspoonfulls onto UNgreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350* for about 7 minutes.

The recipe says it'll yield about 7 dozen cookies, but in actual practice I usually get more like 3 or 4 dozen cookies.

These cookies are really flipping awesome and taste GREAT and are so unassuming looking. They also take about five minutes to put together. Very easy, very tasty.
