WHAT THE TITLE SAYS. Please specify which relationships you want me to talk about though, because hell if I'm doing dozens of rambles on every relationship my characters have with every one of yours. Replies will be slow as I am slow and take a while to gather thoughts properly sometimes.

Okay Haru on Gokudera! It's really kind of a . . . hard relationship to explain XD Because Haru's kinda strange! One of the things about Haru is that--something she has in common with Tomo is that even if she yells at someone and calls them horrible and hits them and OMG I HAET YOU GET AWAY FROM ME, that doesn't necessarily mean she does hate them. To a NORMAL PERSON, you know, fighting with and hitting someone means you're not cool with each other! But with Haru, the line between love and hate is so blurry as to be almost nonexistent. This is pretty evident from the very first time we see her, but it shows up repeatedly later too--like in one chapter she socks adult!Lambo for omg having his shirt open, but less than five chapters later she's sitting at a table with him eating cake and smiling. And then later she runs away from him again!

This is exactly how she is with Gokudera. Most of the time, when we see them, they're fighting about something. But there are enough other instances that we KNOW she doesn't absolutely despise him. She cheers for him, greets him, willingly invites him along on outings. Yet most of the time they're at each other's throats.

It's a personality clash mostly, and it's almost entirely focused on OTHER people and not on Haru and Dera themselves. Most of it revolves around Lambo and Tsuna. Gokudera is mean to Lambo (and most children) which is UNFORGIVABLE. D< And he swears and is rude and horrible and obviously the SHINING PILLAR OF GOLDEN PURITY, TSUNA, DOESN'T NEED TO BE EXPOSED TO THAT. He's mean to Haru too, but this doesn't really seem to wound her; it pisses her off when he calls her dumb or a bitch, but she doesn't hit him for it or cry or get really upset. She just yells back. It's his actions toward people who aren't her, like Lambo and Emiri and kids in general and, well, everyone he bitches at that she likes--that's what pisses her off and makes her go all "Gokudera-san is a hideous person with a foul mouth and Tenth deserves better and WAH."

When you get rid of the other factors, they still don't really get along. XD They still get on each other's nerves just because Haru is Haru and Dera is Dera. But there's not as much animosity there . . . they don't fight CONSTANTLY. When they're united in purpose and Gokudera's not being an asshat, Haru doesn't really have a problem with him, or rather it's easy for her to forget what problems she does have with him. And she knows how dedicated he is to Tsuna, too. Okay maybe not--QUITE how dedicated he is, but! 8D She knows he's there to protect him and help him and she has a vague idea, although her understanding of the mafia situation is a little less than fully informed lol . . . she has an idea that Gokudera's helped save Tsuna's life and that he'd give anything for him. SO even though he's obviously a child-abusing asshole who's a bad influence on Tsuna, they have that in common, and that's all that matters! 8D

IN SHORT, Haru most often sees Gokudera in a context in which he's being a bastard, so she lashes out at him and fights with him a lot because he's clearly a HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING. :( But she doesn't hate him, especially when they're united in the purpose of TENTH LOVE, and is willing to hang out with him because he's really important to Tsuna and Tsuna's survival. Plus the bickering is kind of fun almost except when you try to involve innocent children and ladies, you heartless son of a bitch. D: Gokudera's a pretty okay guy except when he's not--it's just that "when he's not" is like 80% of the time.
