So I decided what I need to feel better is absolutely wonderful music.
Problem is, I have this tendency to match up moments of my life and people of my life to the most wonderful music. So the fact that I don't want to be remembering anyone nor remember the past in anyway somehow prohibits me from listening to good music:
The Shins, Belle and Sebastian, Franz Ferdinand, Keane
Muse, Rufus Wainwright, No Doubt,
The Avett Brothers, Cold War Kids,
Bright Eyes, Coconut Records, Death Cab for Cutie, Postal Service, The Distillers
Audioslave, The Exies,
All of these sets are attached to different people or time periods that I don't necessarily feel like reflecting on at this point. So either I listen to Cursive, or Modest Mouse, both a bit too hard hitting for my present mood. I wish I could listen to the Shins and not think, it's just so lovely.
Alright alright, I'll get a handle on myself, it's getting ridiculous.
