(no subject)
this week has actually been rather eventful! earlier in the week it was raining a ton, and now it's beautiful out :)
it rained so much that my sump pump got overflowed and somehow a pipe got disconnected and it was literally shooting big streams of water high up in the air across the back part of my basement. at first richie and i had thought it was a pipe leaking from the ceiling, since the ceiling was dripping, but then right afterwards we witnessed the insanity. we cleaned up the mess and were freaking out about how to fix this problem, when richie stuck his hand in there and realized hey the pipe isn't connected! so problem solved but now we have a bunch of stuff that needs to go to the dump. most of it probably stuff that we should have been getting rid of anyway, but now here's the motivation. my dad is helping me take it on monday morning. tuesday morning is my 3rd appraisal this year. hopefully the loan actually goes through this time. i'm crossing my fingers.
tuesday i went to brittany's to help her make her wedding favors. glass tea light candle holders that we painted pears on. the wedding theme is "the perfect pear". brittany and i went to high school together and became friends through having the same art class, so this arts and crafts stuff really brings us back. we had fun being silly and making cute pears that are all different. i really need to do stuff like this more often, it was so much fun! i'm going back over there wednesday to help her finish them up and whatever else she needs help with. the wedding is less than a month away so i'm sure there's plenty i could help with.
wednesday breanna and i went to tgi fridays for lunch. we smoked a bunch of weed first so the food was extra good. omg it was amazing. i can't go there and not get jack daniel's sauce something. it was raining and we had just eaten a bunch and had drinks and smoked so we were not feeling like doing anything! it's always awesome to be in the company of my cousin, she cracks me up. we bring out the silly in each other. she also gave me the last of the money that she owed me from a long time ago. when she got her shit together a while back she promised me that it would happen, and she kept her word. i know it meant a lot to her to be able to do that. i have to say that i'm very proud of her, everything seems to be going awesome for her now and she has a good attitude and a good attitude goes really far.
