(no subject)
it rained pretty much the entire time we were in ocean city (monday night through wednesday morning). we made the most of it though, big time relaxation. things kept going wrong.
we weren't winning at the arcade, and the machine we usually use was broken. it's supposed to spin at the same rate all the time, and it was slowing down and speeding up randomly. then it wasn't giving us our tickets. richie pushed it a little bit (which you're not supposed to do, we know. it wasn't hard enough to do any damage or anything) and nothing improved, so i went to get help. the old man working there was really mean. when i told him what was wrong, he said "well maybe you shouldn't play it then". sorry dickhole, maybe your machine should actually work. he even wasted the credits we had left. then we put our money in to take a picture in the photo booth and nothing happened. i really didn't wanna get the mean old man to help us, but it's $3 and we wanted our money or our pictures! luckily i was able to find someone else whose panties weren't in a bunch to help us, and we got our pics. they are quite cute.
since it was raining, we watched movies for a good bit of the time. we checked the movie times for saw 5, and we had lots of time to kill so we watched saw 1 and 2. we brought our bong, but forgot to bring a blower, so we had to go buy dryer sheets (and dryer sheets only) at the grocery store. strange looking purchase. i made a blower from that plus the toilet paper roll we were currently using, and my headband. time came to see saw 5, but the theater richie thought we had looked up and thought he knew where it was, was nowhere to be found. we went back to the hotel and looked it up again. it was a different theater! the theater richie thought it was is definitely gone. it was slightly after 5:30 and the next one wasn't time 7:20. we went to dinner at big pecker's, then to the movie. there were like 4 other people in the theater, it was ridiculous.
afterwards it was still raining so we went back to the hotel and relaxed some more. richie got too relaxed cause he fell asleep at like 9:30. i guess that's what vacation is all about though. spent a decent amount of time in the hot tub in our room, that's always nice. i felt like things just couldn't go right, but at least we got away for a short time and had some time with no worries and nothing but relaxation. and we took an adorable picture on our deck in the rain. yeah, we match. and no, it was not on purpose haha.
