(no subject)
yesterday we went to the zoo. there were a lot of exhibits that were closed (STILL!), but overall we had a great time. it makes me so happy to see cute animals. especially the 3 silly monkeys. (these ones. they're officially the cutest things in the world http://www.marylandzoo.org/meet/images/IDSifaka.jpg ) one monkey was trying to climb a tree branch, and another one grabbed the first one's tail and hung onto it, so he was hanging upside down. then they were jumping on each other, biting each other playfully, and rolling around. they reminded me of how yuki and socks play together. they were playing "monkey music" in the monkey house which was monkey noises with bongo drums, and the monkeys looked like they were dancing to it. it made us laugh so hard.
richie has been working on the back yard so we can start hanging out there again, now that it's getting nice out again. i can't wait to get rid of all this old crap taking up room in my house. i hate clutter.
oh yeah and i noticed today that my paycheck i deposited a month ago (right after my last statement) was not on my statement i got today. i got more and more pissed off when i looked on the website and saw it was not there either, and it was not in my savings account either. i managed to find my deposit receipt and apparently it got deposited into someone else's account because the number didn't match mine! it wasn't even close! i have no idea how that could have happened, and i'm lucky i had extra money because i got my tax refund around the same time, or else i would have been bouncing checks right and left. so now i gotta figure out where the hell over $1200 went. wtf. and i will be paying much more attention to my receipts before i leave the bank from now on.
