haha, i think my mum would be classified as one of those people that give away crappy candy. but we don't know any better; filipinos aren't too big on halloween lol.

haha well halloween is a pretty weird holiday...you spend your money on little annoying kids you don't know so they can get 5x the amount of regular sugar they have...I wonder who started the whole candy tradition. hmmph.
