It was time for a change...

Blurty is too slow, although I liked my friends list. My other LiveJournal account is becoming tiresome. So here's to yet another new journal. It shall be friends only, so comment to be added.

EDIT: Due to a slight case of paranoia, could anyone requesting an add please state why. Thank you :)

I did add you, but then decided it best not to. Thought perhaps we could get to know eachother a little bit, if only through journal entries, but seeing as though that is not the nature of your new journal then I suppose that wouldn't happen.
Good idea though, to have a scrapbook-type thing.
Take care :)

Hey, I just wanted to clear something up,

I think you got the wrong end of the stick, or read into what I said too much. I wouldn't have thought of adding you at all, until you added me. This is due to how I feel about what I write. I consider most of the content to be personal and I'd not disclose it to people I know - that's just where my life is at the moment. However, when I saw that you'd added me, I figured why not - if you're willing to be open with me then I will be too. Upon seeing your first few entries, I didn't mean that I had no interest in your journal, only that I felt somewhat vunerable? I include lyrics and whatnot also, yet there's quite a difference between typing out lyrics and speaking openly about a personal aspect of your life, I feel. So yeah, when I went to look at your journal, it seemed like I needed to explain what I meant more thoroughly.
I also do not understand what you mean when you say it's unfair?
Anyway, hope this clears it up,
Take care.

i meant exactly what you just said. what i got from you was that you wouldn't put me on your friends list to read your journal because you would feel like your feelings were exposed and mine weren't because my journal wasn't in my own words. however, you seemed to forget that i still had a blurty journal which was quite personal and which i was beginning to be inspired to update more often.
in the end, i decided that since you didn't feel comfortable sharing your private thoughts with me, then i'd respect it on both ends and not put our interaction on that level at all, which is why i put my journals on friends only. this way there's no question of feeling weird about one person reading deeply into the other's life while the other does not. it's the same on both sides.

Oh right - I figured you'd given up with your blurty. When you mentioned blurty, I thought you perhaps had more than one account and therefore were referring to that. It's good that you feel like updating more. I actually don't use blurty at all anymore, as more often than not I do not manage to log in. I deleted one of the accounts - I forget which one.
Anyway, hope you're all right, have a good weekend :)
