Tea Review: Dragonheart White Tea

Hello, community. I had meant to post something for the chai theme a while back, but somehow I never got around to it. So my very first post here will be about white tea, instead.

Dragonheart White Tea

This is a loose leaf tea from Teaopia that I purchased last year. This is a blend of Pai Mu Tan white tea, bamboo leaves, and pomegranate blossoms. The taste is pleasant and unique. I would describe it as woody and very slightly sweet. The tea brews up into a very appealing bright amber colour. The one thing I don't like about this tea as how large and coarse the leaves are, as it's a bit difficult to stuff them inside the tea egg. I enjoyed Dragonheart and I would probably buy it again, but it hasn't made it onto my list of top favourite teas.

I am still very new to white teas. Do you have a favourite blend or flavour of white tea?
