Japanese class started last night. It's an evening class, so... from 6:40 to 9:20 every Thursday over at Raymond Walters. Graham and Suzanna are taking it too... haven't seen them in forever. They were fencing at the Salle for a while, but then they stopped... Anyway, as it's Japanese I, it looks pretty easy. According to the teacher, they won't even start on kanji until the third quarter, which means I'm pretty much covered as far as character memorization goes until spring. I know everything that we're doing at the moment, but I really do need the review just to patch the holes in my memory. This should make the four-week immersion camp thing a lot easier at least! ^^;
Finished Hikaru no Go v11... Beth, dontcha think you should whore me some more? ;) Time to start on v12... and finally get around to watching ep. 19 of Cowboy Bebop. I'll have to see if mom can find her little magnetic goban so I can play her! The ishi (stones) are so tiny, though... you can't do the cool stone-placing thing. -.- I've still no idea how the hell Hotta Yumi and Obata Takeshi came up with a way to make people look so heroic while playing a board game. Oh, and Igoemon scares me. In the words of Sai, ".......I don't like it...." >.
