Her most pressing problem right now is that there’s nowhere to go.  Nothing is open at half past seven on a Saturday; the only people awake are those who go for early morning runs and walk their dogs.  She could go to Starbucks but she doesn’t want to pay three bucks for tea just because she isn’t supposed to have coffee, and the thought of ( Read more... )

- And your BOYS! Abed and Annie dating! (“You weren’t invited,” he answers. “Cause this was kind of a date thing, and I thought it would be uncomfortable if you had to watch us make out instead of watching the movie.” - haha I love how he says it.) I loved Abed at the wedding so much! “It’s just like- actually, I can’t think of a good pop culture reference to make because I’m extremely excited, but I’m sure that you’re following in the footsteps of many esteemed fictional characters.” - it's just really sweet. And funny at the same time!

AND TROY. I left Troy for the end because he's the BEST. I think he's probably my favorite here! You know, out of a list where they're all my favorites. Just:
Troy nods to himself. "Yo," he says, and then shakes his head. "Wait, that sounded not at all like I wanted it to. Okay. Look, are you like.. pregnant or something? Because if you are I'm going to feel way more uncomfortable with thinking you're hot."
I SHIP TROY/BRITTA KIND OF A LOT so this was really awesome.

And also:
what the hell britta jeff is being mopey and an un-badass and that is NOT COOL because you BROKE JEFF!!
“I think Troy is a good name for a girl,” Troy says. “You should consider it.”
“And Troy, I didn’t know you had such good taste in nursery décor.”
Troy looks up from where he’s trying to detach his sleeve from the wall. “I have very many hidden talents,” he responds, nodding wisely.
Just !!! so much awesome.

Finally I love how you put in so much references from the show, it's hilarious and it makes the whole fic fit very well into the show. Like how Jeff has a wrench from when he was going to dismantle the deep-fryer! But actually Troy is the one who's a good plumber! And Shirley's jukebox comment! And a ton of others that I forgot. <3!

Oh and I didn't know where to put this quote so here is it in a "random awesome" category:
Like, if there was a zombie apocalypse, the only skills they would have are snark, lawyer-talk, and some really excellent death glares. Haha that describes them perfectly.
Also the final line is perfect. <3

OKAY THIS COMMENT IS LIKE, REALLY RAMBLY AND KINDA CREEPY. Sorry about that! I just have a lot of feelings about your story! Thank you so much for writing this for me. You're the best <333

Haha yes this is me: I write SNEAK ATTACK BABYFIC! But no seriously, I do not know what to say because you left, like, the best feedback ever and I may have reread it a few times. Or a lot. And been like this: :D :D :D. Like, BEST FEEDBACK EVER.

But I'm SO GLAD you liked it, especially Troy, who is probably the best person to write ever and the show callbacks, which come mostly from watching half the episodes right when I got the DVD, and the Modern Warfare commentary where the paintball stuff came from (I swear the MW writer is a total J/B shipper) and I don't know. I am still like all :D and it was a pleasure to write.

(and the chin-up bar thing? that totally happened to my cousin, and I felt really bad for cracking up both at him and when they showed Jeff's nakedish exercising on the show but seriously, IT CAN HAPPEN. The writers should be made aware there can be HIJINKS.)
