Harry Potter
So, found a MUSH which runs a Harry Potter theme. It looks interesting, and I'm considering making an app to play there. I've even got a character concept figured out and everything.
The character is from House Ravenclaw. His father's your normal wizard, his mother, however, is a dryad (and has gone off). This has no physical signs anyone can see on him... he looks perfectly normal. What it has done is made him interested in plants (magical and otherwise). He's average in the classes dealing with magical plants, but he really likes it. In fact, he's perhaps a little less than average elsewhere -- because every time he casts a spell, it uses a plant motif, whether he wants it to or not. His mother's not forgotten about him either -- she doesn't visit or anything, but she'll drop off a present for his birthday. Just little things -- a wooden figurine that was shaped rather than carved, or a bowl of berries, or other such things.
I think he'd be a blast to play. :)
