NYC Bound
So it's been a crazy few days.. and the craziness ensues.
For one. YAY! I think I got the job I wanted, counseling. Officially, I have to wait until next week to hear the verdict.. but from the looks of it, I am SO excited. It's been a long time coming. And I am bored of just feeding off the government (unemployment). You'd think free money would always sound appealing.. but believe me, it gets old... REAL quick. At least for me.. but I never have really been driven by money. I figure the world gives you all that you need if you have enough strength to get it... right?
So tonight I leave for New York for a couple days.. I am going with Steve.. and i believe the weirdness of accepting other people in each other's lives is finally over. What drives me to New York, so suddenly and randomly? Other then the mania that always ensues in me.. is a party. A party at Alex Gray's (yes, the artist featured by tool) mansion. It still blows my mind. I won't believe it till I am there. And as faux pas as it may sound, I am bringing a camera. I don't give a fuck. I am taking pictures. GOD DAMNIT. :)
