Well, here's one for ya.
I'm going to start selling Pampered Chef products. I went to a kitchen show last week and had just a blast. The products are totally cool and while not cheap - they last forever and they have a lifetime guarantee on most of their products (I heard a story on a website while i was researching that someone sent back a ziploc bag of the slivers of wood from a bamboo spoon that their dog chewed up, and they replaced it no problem).
Anyhow, I'm going to do this for a ton of reasons. First and foremost is for personal growth. I'll have to get used to public speaking and being more aggressive in asking for people to host parties, etc. The second reason and most attractive is to make some friends. I just don't have any and it's sad and depressing.
The money is third, and least important - but they have GREAT incentives, especially if you host a party.
