2) She refused to join SHIELD but has made a name for herself as a freelance agent.
3) When she found out about the war and her father and Uncle Steve's involvement she took a personal vendetta against Red Skull and tried to kill him with her bare hands the first time they met. She ended up with a broken arm and ended up stealing Red Skull's car instead.
