Ok so Dave is moving out as well as Vince. I think another Dave is moving in. There is going to be a room open on the 1st above me. It is quite large. Only 235 a month and utilities. We have wireless cable. lots of parking. it's chill everyone gets along...come be part of the 9th st. family.
