LIFE'S A BOOK
If life is a book, what chapter is this?
How will the rest of the story unfold?
Life’s mystery lies in the tale still untold.
Is the storyline held in the palms of our hands,
Or does destiny play out regardless of plans?
Must mistakes from the past be paid for tomorrow,
Or have lessons learned earned escape from more sorrow?
Without hopes and dreams, life drones on day by day,
Nothing new, nothing changes, just repeat play by play.
Just cruising along might leave a story untold,
Shift gears, hit high speed or the tale just might fold.
The story plays out on the long road ahead,
Full of twists and turns, lights green and red.
Better cross the street, spend that last dime,
You just might be running out of time.
Take pen in hand and make a list
Of the joys you’ve shared and the boys you’ve kissed.
Then step on out, open up the door,
Live your life and kiss some more!
Thank those who have helped you along the way,
And thank the Lord for each new day.
Now get busy, tell a story we’d all like to hear
Full of laughter and joy and sometimes a tear.
We just don’t know what’s around the bend,
This chapter could be the middle or the very end.

Life has been moving at a speed I can't even attemp to keep up with. I am head over heals in love with my boyfriend, which is an amazing feeling. I quite working at the Salon because it took up too much time and I didn't make enough money...I have tons of freelance work that pays much much more...Working at MAC is great, I love being there. I fucking love makeup. I am sorry if I have been distant, but I have just not been going out as much...work is tiring...I will almost always be out though on tuesdays and sundays....
