I'm starting to wonder if assigning laps before the offences happen might be worth looking into. An arbitrary number for everyone to do each week or something, as a punishment credit bank. It might save me some time.

How is it that emails and search engines are blocked, but websites where Niou can make pink, sparkly words are not? I think Oshiro's ignoring the real danger here....
