Buffy's Girls
Buffy Season 8 wound up earlier this year. The "finale" left the Buffyverse a very different place than it started when Joss Whedon continued his television show in comic form. In general, I liked the series, but I had mixed feelings about the ending, which were tied to my feelings on the feminisms that the Buffyverse has offered us. (Note: You have to love a series that offers more than one flavour of feminism!)

SPN 6.12: Virgins, Sam. Virgins.
While young virgin women were the victims of the week, I thought this episode was more about the heroes' purity.
