Chickens in my home?

Feb 17, 2009 00:15

My sister and I were playing the newly acquired xbox 360 and bantering as we do when suddenly the laughter overtook her and BAMF! Next to me sat a clucking like creature, red faced and barely breathing. Apparently my sister has two mutant talents, the first to have babies when doctors tell her not too (she has three and was supposed to have none), and to transform into a chicken. Thankfully I am not allergic.

I have had many friends recently get engaged. When I say many I mean three in under two months. I am pleased for them all. Hopefully they will take it easy on their friend and not schedule all of them at the same time. It does however fan my much subdued disparaged feelings of being the single friend. Of course my dating aspirations are quelled by my sensibilities and desires, so honestly I may be part at fault.

Speaking of weddings, Diamonds may not be nature's hardest natural material, or so they surmise. Also nature has an interesting reaction to invasive species. I like the part were the Florida and Australia have essentially exchanged invasive species of trees.

Prosthetic for your face via artificial muscle fibers and robotics. Yes please. Lets move into the oh so sweet future with cosmetic uses of essentially cybernetics. Possible next uses: repairing damaged heart tissues, aid in lazy eye, stroke patients regaining mobility?

More later about melted Russian bunkers and London subways.
