Dear microsoft,
Please explain why, due to an incompatibility between windows vista and windows XP, my entire German presentation failed to safe last night? I seem to find myself with a fairly blank-looking document (albeit with the right title), thus necessitating me to re-do the entire thing NOW, during my morning classes. An explanation would be much appreciated. I would also accept miscellaneous body parts from the people who thought this would be a good idea.
