WHITE COLLAR. GAH. NEAL.
1. Neal/Sara! I feel like Sara is the first time we've seen Neal be really awkward with a woman, and I really like that. It's nice to watch. One the other hand, Neal WTF why are you snogging Alex in front of Sara. I don't even like Alex, I don't think she's that interesting and I certainly don't think she has any kind of chemistry with Neal.
2. All the hints at what Neal could be/have--the normal wife to come home to, and whatnot, are kind of fun. I loved the scene where Peter and El totally engineer forced interaction between Neal and Sara. I wish there'd been more El in this episode, actually, but there probably wasn't time. The bit where El talks about Neal was lovely. Also, the bit where Neal goes, "in case this doesn't work--", and Peter answers, "me too". Yay.
3. Man, things just keep getting more complicated. What are you doing, Neal? Long con? I almost like the idea that Neal's been running a long con that he's still running just because now he can't get out, but it'd be lovely to see him in that situation and still wanting everything Peter's offering him in the FBI/normal life.
4. This episode, while good, felt a little uneven. I'm not sure where the climax was. Also, I hate season finales. They are stressful.
