Original prompt: If Dean sneezes, this whole thing's gonna blow.

The crypt is dark and cold, smells like mold and rotten flesh. They wait. They've been waiting for some time now.
"Why isn't it already here? Dean grunts.
"I don't know."
"I'm freezing my…Hhh…uh… my ass off."
"Well, you're-"
"HuH-DSHH!"
"Bless you."
"Shud up."
Sam can feel Dean's body shaking next to him. Spending hours in here doesn't do any good to his brother's cold but they don't really have a choice. In the dark, Sam hears Dean blowing his nose and rubs his back in sympathy.
"It's almost dawn. It should be here any minute now."
"Right. You said that one h-hhhh… hour a- EEE-PSHOO!"Bless you. You're gonna be able to hold it back, right

Dean sits on a stone and waves his hand dismissively. He looks dizzy and slightly surprised, as if he was wondering what he's doing there. Rubbing at his watery eyes, he sights. "Don't feel so good."
*wibble* "Don't feel so good" is my favorite wording for that sort of thing. You are SO good at pushing my buttons. It's like you know my mind. Should I be worried? No! I should be THRILLED! Squee!

"HuH-DSHH!"
"Bless you."
"Shud up."
Yes yes yes! Dean's congested "shud up" after a "bless you" FTW! LOVE that!

Poor Dean, all sneezy and trying to hold it back and Sam FEELING the sneeze. OMG yes. And badass!Sam is fantastic here! Wheee! But I especially love your super sneezy!Dean when he's not supposed to be sneezy! YAY!

He wraps his arms around his brother's frame and presses him against his chest. Dean loses his battle right at this instant. His body stiffens in Sam's grip and, if Sam can actually feel the sneeze, he doesn't hear it.

Sacrebleu, que c'est sexy! You totally totally captured the suspenseful must-not-sneeze sneeze, with its sexy buildup and the URGENCY to stop it from happening, and then the bonus of SAM FEELING THE SILENT SNEEZE AGAINST HIM, AAHHHH.
