Wednesday randoms
- Dropped my Forester off at the auto body shop this morning (see the sad tale of my Subaru here) for a new bumper, repairs to the deck lid, new paint, etc. Baring any disasters, I should have it back by Friday. In the meantime, my rental is a totally ghetto-fied 2008 GMC Envoy. Complete with tinted windows nearly as black as the vehicle itself and chrome interior accents, I feel like I should be listening to Jay Z or somethin' while I cruise through Compton, yo.
- For those who missed my Pay It Forward meme the other day, head on over and throw your name into the lucky gift hat. There's still a couple of spots left and I'd really, REALLY love to be able to give five people handmade gifts. You don't have to be crafty to participate - a drabble, doodle or macaroni necklace will do just as well! And who can say no to that?!?! No one, that's who!
- For the third year in a row I'm participating in harry_holidays gift exchange. While I'm not over the moon with my prompt as in past challenges, nevertheless I'm going to give it the old college try.
