Rare Pairs
Though, at heart, I really love my Snupin, I must admit that rare pairs are fascinating to me. They offer opportunities to show dynamics I might otherwise never have seen. One reason why I love ellensmithee so much, is that she can take any pairing, even, say, Remus/Dementor, and make it a totally enjoyable, and often hot, read.
Every so often I get into the mood for some Remus/Oliver or Lucius/Harry and am disappointed, though not surprised, that it's incredibly difficult to find (unless there has been some sort of recent challenge). I looked around a bit, but did not find a rare pairings community within the Harry Potter fandom. Does anyone know if one exists?
If so, I would love it if you could point me in the right direction. If not...a poll!
