If/when you upgrade to Firefox 1.5 (formally known as Deer Park) you will also need to upgrade to Greasemonkey 0.6.4 to regain the use of your user scripts. Nevertheless, some scripts will not work with the new browser's DOM implementation so you need to check these scripts' headers next to @namespace to locate their originating sites and look for updates.

For my part only Good Will Press (now v0.5), which improves navigation of IllWillPress.com, needed to be updated. You should reinstall this one now.
