WEBSITES: - Nothing this week
Most of the following will have to wait until I make the time to think it all through.
1. Scan/Upload clippings and other articles: I have folders containing stuff to upload and lots of magazine articles I found when going through all my old magazines that I want to scan/upload eventually.
2. Reduce the overall number of files: I need to let go of ONE of the web spaces to save some money in future. It's another major undertaking as it will be a time consuming task. This must be a priority as money is going to get tight soon! I have at least a year's grace in which to work on this, but time does seem to go so quickly. I noticed a lot of the existing screen caps are old and small so I may re-do them - where it is beneficial. STILL DONE NOTHING AND NEXT YEARLY PAYMENT DUE SOON! I will have to make this a priority next year.
3. Sort out the eFiction archives: Nothing done this week. All my own stories were uploaded to AO3 years ago. What remains are stories written by other fans, and I know a few have moved on to new fandoms - or sadly passed on. Doing this will help bring down the number of files on the sites substantially too.
4. Make sites mobile friendly: Nothing this week
5. Add items to empty albums: Nothing this week

BOOKS/FAN STUFF **** POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT ****
FANFICTION: Still slowly reading through all The Old Guard Joe/Nicky stories when I have time.
BOOKS: Still not started on Surviving the Evacuation book 7 by Frank Tayell
TV SHOWS and MOVIES **** POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT ****
MOVIES:
Troll: I felt so sad for the Troll when his backstory was revealed, that humans had trapped and murdered his entire family all those years ago leaving him possibly the last of his kind. Also how stories had portrayed trolls as monsters to discredit their intelligence etc. I was torn between wanting him to go back into hibernation in case others still existed, or putting him out of his grief/misery of being alone forever. So, overall, it was an incredibly sad story.
Warriors of Future: A destructive plant seeded from a meteor hitting Earth turns out to be the cure for the world's pollution problem but first a small group has to introduce a gene therapy to the middle of the plant to make it benign. They have only a few hours to do this and save 160k lives in the threatened sector, but someone is sabotaging the mission for their own gain. Overall it was an okay movie full of good action sequences against both plant monsters and the saboteur's robots.
FANVIDS: Nothing this week

TV SHOWS:
9-1-1: All about the restlessness stirred by the Santa Ana winds each year. Had some lovely moments with the characters all checking in on each other. Felt sad for Bobby's friend (and sponsor) though I am not excited about the subplot with the two rich owners of that rehabilitation center. I hope it doesn't drag on and take up too much episode space that could be used for more amazing rescues.
Avenue 5: Another good episode with some great moments as the missile approaches.... and hits the Lithium asteroid instead! Sucks to be on Earth as civilization is about to collapse due to a lack of Lithium :)
New Amsterdam: Poor Lizzie, just when she allows herself to believe she and Max could have something, Helen appears on TV to remind him of what he lost. As for Martin and Iggy... so sad Martin has decided that they haven't fixed the problems in their relationship, just glossed over them once more and wants to go on with the divorce. I feel sorry for the kids but it will be better for them all in the long run.
Outcast: Not watched any new episodes this week. I keep forgetting I have more and end up watching other stuff instead.
