I emailed my huge effing International Business project to my professor this afternoon, 11.5 hours later than I had wanted. Now I am currently working on a 10 page political science paper regarding the war on terror. >_< I currently have just over seven pages.
However, I am sorely tempted to use evidence from The Silmarillion as reasons why dogged pursuit of "terrorists" while simultaneously alienating traditional or potential allies is a Bad Thing.
Sadly, I don't think my professor would agree that such evidence qualifies as "real world" examples. Although he did, in fact, put "real world" in parentheses in the assignment description, as shown. The Silmarillion might not be real world, but I think it's certainly "real world"! You know, seven ages ago...
Also, apparently Louis is anti-Christmas - he (with the help of Pepper The Evil Cat, we think) chewed through the extension cords for both the house lights and the Christmas tree lights. Daft. I always know when my mom is ticked, because she says, "Your puppy..." :P
Alright, back to work...
