Silly Commercials
So I just heard an inadvertently funny commercial for the classifieds.
Woman: "Honey, can you get the suitcases?"
Man: "Sure, no problem!"
*sounds of man being buried beneath piles of stuff are heard*
Announcer: "Do you have too much junk? Put a listing the [newspaper] classifieds, and we'll give you a FREE GIFT!!"

Haha! Because if I'm selling my crap, the last thing I need is additional crap. Personally, I thought it was fantastic.
On an unrelated note, I left my keyboard at home, because it wouldn't fit in my car, for one, and I didn't think I'd miss it terribly since the number of times I played on the piano this summer can be counted on one hand. Well...I was wrong on the second count. I really wish I had my keyboard to mess with in moments of boredom or when I want to procrastinate. My roommate has her guitar (which she is just learning, but still). I have...nothing. Sad day. Just iTunes and my voice. Now that I am not in the dorm, at least I can sing (when my roommate is gone, like now) without fearing the neighbors' wrath. (I have submitted my neighbors in the dorm to my awful singing without realizing it, because my voice carries - damn. Though I suppose that's technically a compliment of sorts but still. *Embarrassment*)
And did I mention that I am super excited about the Scottish Irish Highlands Festival? :D
